UNIQUE CURRING & PRESSING

NRC is equipped with state of the art vulcanising Press. This can cure belts upto 2400 mm width 7 mtrs. length in one cure. It has the following salient features:

It has a Control Panel by which the time, temperature & pressure is pre-set on the basis of belt thickness (data provided by lab) to the production department. All the parameters can be monitored through Control Panel. It is equipped with electronic control.

It has auto wind up and laid off. When the belt gets cured at a set temperature, time and pressure the belt is released.
